Our calculation of market value constitutes, in our opinion, the fair value price achievable for that building on the effective date of its valuation.

Our valuation are based on the acknowledge, standardised procedures used in Germany. But we also apply internationally accepted valuation methods, such as the discounted-cash-flow method, residual method, investment method, comparison method and depreciated replacement costing.
