KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers at the EXPO REAL 2011
As in the years before KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers was exibitor at the european trade fare for the commercial real estate industry - EXPO REAL 2011 - from Oct. 04th. to Oct. 06th. in Munich. Again KENSTONE was located at two places, at the EUROHYPO stand and at the HYPZERT stand "valuers corner".
KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers established the position as one of the important valuation firms in Germany over the last years. Our nationwide offices and network as well as the high quality and experience of our assessment teams garantees the expertise that our clients can rely on.
Again we presented a lecture by Gunter Wattig MRICS - managing director of KENSTONE - to discuss the following issues and challanges: "Sustainability as a new valuation criterion for the market value and martgage lending value of real estate".
