KENSTONE's valuers days are a yearly institution: Again we could welcome 130 guests at our 4th. KENSTONE valuers day on 09.06.2011 in Berlin. Real Estate professionals - representatives from finance, investment, asset managament and real estate appraisal - gathered in Berlin at the Commerzbank and discussed the following topics: "Economic recovery despite of all crisis", "Need of repairs from the valuers view", "Boredom is in! Why are the german real estate markets (again) in the focus of investors.", "SolarLight - financing of photovoltaic constructions for middle sized companies", "First experiences with the new german regulation for real estate appraisal (Immobilienwertermittlungsverordnung - ImmoWertV)".
