Real Estate Valuers
Our experienced real estate valuers meet the strict requirements of banking supervision codes of both the German "Pfandbrief Act" and Martgage Value Regulation (Beleihungswertermittlungsverordnung).
KENSTONE's valuers are certificated by HypZert GmbH, meeting the highest standrads applicable in Germany - DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 for:
- Financial purposes - CIS HypZert (F)
- Market value appraisal - CIS HypZert (M)
- Market- and Property-Rating - CIS Hyp Zert (R)
Certification by HypZert GmbH is of every individual; their personal knowledge and expertise are rigorously tested. Certified valuers are required to further their knowledge on an on-going basis and attend advanced training courses. Annual advanced training measures are mandatory, and so is a recertification examination every five years.
Certifications are based on the international standrads of TEGoVA and represent the highest professional quality standards in Europe.
Furthermore publicly appointed and duly sworn specialists (IHK) and Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) complement our teams at many locations.
