At EXPO REAL 2015, KENSTONE was one of the first valuation companies to be awarded with the new "Approved by HypZert" seal of approval. This award was extended at EXPO REAL 2021 for a further 3 years.
The award is linked to strict criteria that KENSTONE has met in full: For example, 75% of the appraisers working for the company and the management (including authorised signatories) must be certified by HypZert GmbH in accordance with the DIN EN ISO/IEC 17024 standard, at least 80% of the company's total turnover must be attributable to real estate valuation and a data protection officer must have been appointed.
