Change in the Management of KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers

After 10 years of continuity KENSTONE faces a change in the management board. Coming at Oct. 1st 2017 Dr. Michael Brandl takes over the responsibility for all valuations from Guenter Wattig, who will retire after this years' EXPO REAL. The responsibility as CFO holds unchanged Martinus Kurth.

"We are very happy to win an experienced manager who knows deeply the real estate business and is engaged in many boards and activities in this industry." says Marion Eberle-Herrmann of Commerzbank AG, head of the supervisory board of KENSTONE. "At the same time we thank Guenter Wattig for his very successful management over the last decade. We wish him all the best for this new part of his life."

Dr. Miachel Brandl (CIS HypZert F/M) was Head of Property Analysis & Consulting at bthe FMS Wertmanagement Service GmbH in Munich, following his position as Head of department Property Analysis & Valuation Germany at pbb Deutsche Pfandbriefbank AG. Dr. Michael Brandl had studied Geology and is real estate valuer since 1995, following many functions in the finance and real estate industry.

On the Expo Real from 04.-.06.10.2017 all members of the managing board will present the change in the management to our clients.
