KENSTONE real Estate Valuers was again awarded the "Approved by HypZert" seal of approval at EXPO REAL 2021.
At this year's EXPO REAL 2021 in Munich, KENSTONE was awarded the seal of approval by HypZert for the third time in a row.
The award of the seal is linked to strict criteria, all of which are fully met by KENSTONE: Among other things, 75% of the experts working in the company as well as the management (including procurists) must be certified, at least 80% of the company's total turnover must be accounted for by the field of real estate valuation and a data protection officer must have been appointed.

The 'Approved by HypZert' seal of approval now documents this quality transparently at the company level.
