KENSTONE's statement on the new shutdown as of 16/12/2020

Dear Sir/Madam,

Unfortunately, the measures taken so far to control the number of infections have not had the expected effect. For Germany, therefore, a further extensive lockdown was decided from 16.12.2020.

In order to protect our customers and employees, we have therefore decided not to carry out any internal inspections from this point on - for the duration of the lockdown.

The management of KENSTONE adheres to the previous protective measures:

• The vast majority of our employees work in the home office.
• Splitting Operation: All sites work in teams that are separate but connected to IT
• KENSTONE is in close contact with the relevant institutions and our customers.
• In order to prevent the further distribution of COVID 19, all object inspections for the period of the lockdown are only carried out as external inspections
• We currently have no business impact, nor do we have any operational impact on hotlines.
• We are aware of our social responsibility: We fully support parents who, due to the closure of schools and childcare facilities, need to care for their children at home and therefore can only work to a limited extent.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our sales manager, Mr. Christoph Billmann, on 069 / 136 867 59 or by e-mail to ChristophAlexander.Billmann@kenstone.de.

We wish you a quiet, peaceful and above all healthy Christmas time and thank all our employees, customers, cooperation partners and business partners for your calm and calm attitude in this difficult time.

Kind regards

The management

Martinus Kurth          Dr. Michael Brandl
