Die sind je nach Assetklasse höchst unterschiedlich. Die Zinsen hingegen wirkenauf alle Nutzungsarten gleichermaßen. Zwar ist hier kurzfristig Entspannung zu erwarten,doch übertriebener Optimismus scheint fehl am Platz.
