On 17 September 2026, representatives of the European Valuers Alliance (EVA) met in Barcelona for their joint annual conference. Together, all European partners discussed developments in the most important real estate markets, explored opportunities to further deepen their cooperation, exchanged insights from the EVA Market Report Europe, and initiated preparations for MIPIM 2027.

A change in KENSTONE management is imminent: As of 01 July 2026, we are delighted to welcome Dr Florian Pollmann as the new Managing Director responsible for technical affairs at KENSTONE. After a structured transition phase, he will succeed Dr Michael Brandl, who will be entering his well‑deserved retirement in October 2026.

Since 2003, the "Immobilienweisen - expert panel", founded in autumn 2002, has been making the real estate markets more transparent through its spring forecasts. Over the past 20 years, the spring report has developed into a proven compendium of data for the real estate industry, politics, science and the general public and is published by the ZIA. KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers is for the first time supporter and co-sponsor of the spring report in 2025.
