On 17 September 2026, representatives of the European Valuers Alliance (EVA) met in Barcelona for their joint annual conference.
Together, all European partners discussed developments in the most important real estate markets, explored opportunities to further deepen their cooperation, exchanged insights from the EVA Market Report Europe, and initiated preparations for MIPIM 2027.
KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers is the German partner in the pan-European valuation alliance, which now comprises 17 countries. KENSTONE is a founding member and holds 50% of the shares in EVA SAS in Paris.
