The Hamburg office was opened in 2007 with the foundation of KENSTONE. The north was built up with three experts and thanks to the expansive development of the valuation business, the Hamburg office expanded to 12 experts and an assistant. 20 cross-regional cooperation partners support the evaluation of multiplexer real estate. We cover Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, Bremen, lower Saxony and the western part of Mecklenburg-Vorpommern - from Sylt to Hildesheim, from Emden to Schwerin.
With more than 22,600 real estate experts created with a valuation volume of more than 66,5 billion € for various clients, our experts certified in accordance with DIN ISO/IEC 17024 have extensive know-how in the field of property valuation. In addition to multi-family houses, single-family houses and holiday apartments, the valuation of commercial real estate such as office buildings, residential and commercial buildings, shopping centers, senior citizens' properties, hotels and mixed portfolios is one of the focal points of the valuation business. Regional market knowledge rounds off the competence. Market and mortgage valuation reports can be prepared in German or English.

Kathrin Werkmeister Hyp Zert F, M, MRICS
worked in the field of real estate consulting at Jones lang Lasalle after her apprenticeship as a commercial woman in the real estate and housing industry and studying at City University London (degrees B.Sc. Hons in property Valuation and Finance and Master of European Business). In 1999, she joined Eurohypo and worked as an expert in property valuation, in the area of the European-wide determination of market and mortgage values of commercial properties for financing purposes, in particular office, commercial, logistics and hotel properties. From 2002 to 2005, she was team leader for Northern Europe, and from 2005 to 2011 she was particularly responsible for the valuation of pan-European portfolios. In 2011, Ms. Werkmeister moved to the KENSTONE site in Hamburg, which she has been managing since 2019.
Since 2002, Kathrin Werkmeister has been certified by HypZert GmbH for the determination of the value of the loan and the determination of the market value as well as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
