Auf dem 15. Immobilientag der KENSTONE am 17.05.2024 informierten sich die Sachverständigen über diejenigen Faktoren, die sich besonders auf die Immobilienwerteauswirken. KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers joined the german Central Property Committee (ZIA - Zentraler Immobilienausschuss) as a new member. The ZIA represents the regulatory and economic interests of the entire real estate industry in Germany. You will find more information about ZIA at:
KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers will contribute the long-standing expertise for property valuations in the ZIA and will be involved in the specialist committees. We are pleased about the possibility of co-operate in the ZIA.
Following the partnership launched in 2016, Crédit Foncier Immobilier - Expertise and KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers, both leading valuation companies in France and Germany, signed on 17 June 2019 the official establishment of the legal company EVA SAS (European Valuers Alliance).
KENSTONE expands to Münster
KENSTONE Real Estate Valuers opens a new location in Münster in summer 2019. "We want to be even closer to our customers, and this in an economically strong region with excellent infrastructure," says Martinus Kurth, Commercial Director of KENSTONE, explaining the choice of location.
