There is a change in the KENSTONE management: As of 01 July 2026, we are delighted to welcome Dr Florian Pollmann as the new Managing Director responsible for technical affairs at KENSTONE. After a structured transition phase, he will succeed Dr Michael Brandl, who will be entering his well‑deserved retirement in October 2026.
With Dr Florian Pollmann (FRICS, HypZert F, MBA), we are gaining, alongside our Commercial Managing Director Martinus Kurth, a highly qualified expert for our management team. Most recently, he served as Head of the “Valuation & Research” department at Aareal Bank in Wiesbaden. The engineer and architect, who holds a doctorate, has been successfully active in real estate valuation since 2006 and has held various specialist and management roles in the financial and real estate sectors during this time.
