Dipl.- Ing. Jens Rödiger, CIS Hyp Zert (M, F), MRICS
Jens Rödiger is a qualified civil engineer and has been working for various credit institutions as an expert in property valuation since 1991. Jens Rödiger has been in charge of the Leipzig Regional Office since 2007. In addition to the preparation of valuation reports for a wide variety of purposes, the main tasks are to advise on the risks of, above all, credit institutions and to prepare assessment reports.
Jens Rödiger is certified according to ISO/IEC 17024 at HypZert GmbH for the determination of the value of the loan and the determination of the market value as well as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is a member of the Audit Committee of HypZert GmbH, has been a member of the Retail Department at HypZert GmbH for many years and has been involved in the preparation of the "Evaluation of retail properties" guide. Jens Rödiger is an honorary member of the advisory committee of the City of Leipzig.
